These courses have been created for you to help your family members or friends between sessions with their Health Care Practitioners. Not to take the place of your liscenced professional - these courses will educate you to provide some gentle relief to the individual's body. Each course will start with some anatomy and theory, a demo, then we will spend the rest of our time practicing hands on.

Each course will start with some anatomy and theory, a demo, then we will spend the rest of our time practicing hands on.

All courses have been designed for 2 people to learn how to massage to each other. However I am open to other arrangements as each learning experience is custom tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
'Full Body' Course - We will go over the gross general anatomy of the whole body. And you both will have a chance to give and receive an hour long full body massage with guidance and help from Paige. *
'Back & Neck' Course - We will go into more detail - the anatomy of the back, (anterior and posterior) neck & structures within the ribcage. More specific instruction on how to access your partners tissue with focus to the back and neck. *
'Hips & Legs' Course - We will go into more detail - the anatomy of the pelvis, & legs with a short kinesiology tutorial on how the knees and ankles should move. More specific instruction on how to access your partners tissue with focus to the lower spine, hips, glutes & full legs. *
'For the Office Worker' Course - (Upper body only) We will go into more detail - the anatomy of the hands, arms, shoulders, neck, & upper back. With focus to the brachial plexus and rotator cuff. More specific instruction on how to access your partners tissue with focus to the typical upper body structures involved in sustained sitting.
**Please note that there may be some areas that are NOT safe for the unexperienced hands to touch

Please wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring some paper and a pen to take notes, or a videocamera / camera to be able to replay the skills you have learned and practice them at home.
- General applicable Skeletal / Muscular / Nervous Anatomy
- Understanding what Normal Anatomical Position is
- A variety of massage techniques that are specific to your particular body's presentation
- How the body can interact with pressure applied
- The importance of Pressure, Depth, and Tissue Resistance
Please wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring some paper and a pen to take notes, or a videocamera / camera to be able to replay the skills you have learned and practice them at home.
