Paige Wiancko, RMT
I founded Heart in Hands in 2014 after five+ years of honing my skills in diverse clinical settings, hospitals, a spa and various locum positions throughout the Lower Mainland. Since opening our doors, I have maintained this thriving home based clinic, all the while my husband and I have grown a small family. These experiences shaped the foundation of my practice and solidified my commitment to offering compassionate, patient centred care.
My approach to massage therapy is deeply intuitive, with a focus on creating a quiet, calming environment that allows me to truly connect with the body’s tissues. I employ a gentle yet confident pressure and do most of my assessment while the patient is on the table, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. I have discovered a passion for detail oriented work specifically with Craniofacial Bones and their associated soft & connective tissue as well as all investing layers of the neck, spine and full thorax. This includes but is not limited to the brain, face, eyes, ears, meninges, interior and exterior neck, cervical spine, clavicles, trachea, sternum, shoulders, esophagus, heart, pericardium, anterior and posterior ribs, pleura, diaphragm, abdominal viscera, and anterior & posterior hips. In my practice, I seamlessly integrate Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Fascial Work, Articulating Ligament Work (L.A.S.T.), Visceral Manipulation (VM), Somatoemotional Release (SER), Neural Manipulation (NM), and steady, calming traditional massage techniques. By blending these modalities, I am able to address both the physical and emotional aspects of health, helping to restore balance and foster lasting change. I believe in the power of a slow, specific, and methodical approach to healing, working with the body’s innate intelligence to achieve optimal results. Often, I will close my eyes while engaging with tissues, allowing me to tune in deeply and respond to what the body needs. Whether you require a single session or ongoing care, I am here to support you on your path to wellness. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out—I am always happy to help and will do my best to accommodate your needs. |

Personal Interests
- The creation of all things from scratch. This is absolutely my favourite hobby. Whether it be making kids crafts, cooking / baking, or making my own natural body products and household products.
- Fun fact! I invented a bath product and call it The Soapbomb.
- Sounds cliche but it gives me joy to help others. Fills my cup, recharges my batteries. Love it.
- Making websites! It fosters my creativity in a way that feels efficient and productive.
