Beginner Massage Lessons
These unique experiences personalized for you and your partner(s) will allow a trained professional to educate you and guide you to connecting with a basic understanding of massage. We offer step by step instructions with background information to why the taught techniques are applicable to your circumstance, and a take-home guide of what was learned.

Lesson #1Is meant for one participant's body to be the focus. You may bring as many people as you like to be hands on. And everyone there will be educated and have a chance to participate hands on.

Lesson #2Is meant for 2 participants - both having an equal opportunity to learn how to address each other's needs & concerns.

Follow up Lessonis meant as a refresher for techniques already taught. This is an opportunity to ask any questions that may have come up for you in your home environment. And expand in more detail how to apply the techniques learned. You can choose to do this in person, or via TeleHealth video chat. For this you will need either a Chrome Browser or Microsoft Edge Browser.
