Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please give your therapist 24 hours notice. A self cancelling link can be found within your confirmation or reminder email.
Alternately you can Email or Call Paige and she will be able to cancel the appointment on your behalf.
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice:
If the Patient does not show up for treatment, and there is no attempt made to give notice, then the full fee of the missed appointment will stand to be paid.

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice:
- The first time - the fee will be waived.
- The second time and onwards - the full amount of the appointment cost will stand to be paid.
