After taking almost a year off, I’m delighted to be offering the update that I have returned to work.
While a lot of things remain the same, I have deepened my assessment skills, and gained a finer attunement for fascial unwinding to which I would look forward to sharing if clinically appropriate =)
Also important to note that my hands work best in sessions that allow for varied pressure and technique, rather than sustained deep pressure throughout the full duration of a session. I warmly invite you to reach out so we can explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you, as it may not be the best fit for everyone.

Hello all, I hope this message finds you well.
After almost 2 decades as a registered massage therapist, my body—particularly my hands—are asking for a well-deserved rest. So for now, I am stepping away from my practice to allow time for rest and recovery. My last day will be June 30th 2025.
At this point, I am unsure whether I will return, but I believe that continuity of care is important, so if you need recommendations for other skilled therapists, I would be happy to provide referrals.
It has been an absolute privilege to support your health and well-being over the years, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me. Whether our paths cross again in the future or not, please know that I sincerely appreciate your support and the connections we have built over the years.
