About Meredith
I firmly believe that massage therapy can benefit everyone, whether it's for relaxation, preventative or rehab focused. I enjoy treating individuals from all walks of life who can benefit from a restful and nurturing treatment. My style of treatment has been described as soothing and specific, with a slow and steady approach to deeper tissue work. I have found that patients feel that this is a less invasive modality while also receiving a satisfying treatment depth. While pressure can often be firm or deep, I also advocate that massage therapy does not need to be painful or intense to be effective. I strive to provide an atmosphere for you to settle naturally into the treatment with ease.
I tend to follow your cues with the level of conversation you prefer during your time. I understand [that some individuals prefer to relax and unwind by talking, while others prefer quiet relaxation. I particularly enjoy working with mothers during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as hard-working parents. Outside of my practice, I enjoy family time as a new mom to twin daughters, walks with my dog, and am an avid participant in the National Cutting Horse Association. |
